Dell Introduction Tablet PC dell Latitude XT has a 12.1in touchscreen with a (more expensive) LED backlight option and palm-detection, whatever that means. It also packs either a 1.06GHz Core 2 Solo or 1.2GHz Core 2 Duo and up to 3GB RAM. Hard drive options include 4200RPM 40GB and 80GB drives, a 5400RPM 120GB disk and either a 32GB or 64GB SSD. The latter options doubtless bumping up the price considerably.
